Job Purpose and Impact
The Employee Experience and Employee Relations Market Senior Supervisor will deliver employee experience and employee relations human resources services for assigned location. In this role, you will lead a small team of market specialists in multiple disciplines to support the employee experience and employee relations needs of the business. You will lead performance, employee engagement, recognition programs, production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, conflict resolution, separations and leaves of absence.
Key Accountabilities
Oversee the employee experience and employee relations market team to provide meaningful and effective consulting services to businesses for the assigned location.
Leverage and enforce processes and technologies to support delivery of services.
Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements as well as corporate policies, in the assigned market, working with legal resources and external consultants to interpret and implement complex or ambiguous policies.
Establish a small market team with a strong client focus, an environment of collaboration and enablement, effective and successful performance and continuous improvement.
Oversee and support change management for the assigned market specific global human resource solutions teams.
Collaborate with global human resource solutions, regional leadership, centers of excellence, demand management and global enterprise or functional teams for effective resource planning and partner feedback.
Oversee labor relations and partner with the labor relations leader to handle the collective bargaining agreement.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience within the areas of employee relations or employee experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of supervisory experience
Minimum of two years of labor relations experience
