　　Job Description

　　As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily management of people, processes and tools needed for manufacturing electric steering gears and to initiate and facilitate process improvements in support of business targets in the Florence facility.

　　Lead team of hourly operations associates to ensure production goals are met

　　Ensure safety, quality & productivity goals are achieved

　　Ensure operational availability of the equipment is meeting the business targets

　　Monitor adherence to standards for operations within area of responsibility

　　Work with engineering, logistics & quality to ensure KPIs and customer satisfied

　　Develop team leaders and operators to ensure high performance culture

　　Ensure proper administration of HR policies

　　Qualifications

　　Four-year degree preferred or 5+ years of supervision experience within an assembly manufacturing facility (automotive facility preferred).

　　Goals and results oriented

　　Strong management and leadership skills

　　Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

　　Analytical problem solver;

　　Experience with Shainin problem solving method is a plus

　　Must be flexible and open to change, including working hours
