Maintainswork flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processingvariables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personneland resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions;developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections tomalfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering aspirit of cooperation within and between departments. Completesproduction plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishingwork results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revisingschedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flowon shift production summaries. Maintains quality service by establishingand enforcing organization standards. Ensures operation of equipment bycalling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Providesmanufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, andanalyzing production performance records and data; answering questionsand responding to requests. Creates and revises systems and proceduresby analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms ofcontrol, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directingpersonnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources;maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.Resolves personnel problems by; investigating issues; identifyingsolutions; recommending action. Establish and support a work environmentof continuous improvement that supports company\'s Quality Policy,Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area theysupport. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and theirtraining is documented.
