If so, read on...As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for effectively managing and guiding work teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring team safety, fostering team building, providing resources needed for training and allocating manpower efficiently. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, achieve throughput and cost targets, and maintain high team morale. Your role is pivotal in coordinating activities to achieve business metrics and implementing Stellantis Production Way (SPW) processes and initiatives.
