　　Randstad is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor in Visalia CA! We're hiring FAST! Must have prior experience in production, leadership, and SAP/ERP systems are a huge plus! ! Must be open to any shift, and available to work on weekends! Pay range starting between 75-85k/year depending on experience! 　　Responsibilities

　　Supervise, train, and motivate employees and work teams to meet quality standards, production goals, efficiencies and customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.

　　Oversee the production process

　　Make recommendations to management as appropriate

　　Enforce all company policies and plant rules

　　Establish priorities; monitor progress; revise schedules to minimize OT; resolve problems; report results of the shift production daily

　　Maintains working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement where applicable

　　Responsible to meet all food safety, quality and customer requirements for this position

　　Excellent communication and facilitation skills

　　Ability to communicate with all levels of management and subordinates using both verbal and written formats

　　Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization

　　Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

　　Ability to work a flexible schedule

　　Read written work orders, manuals, measurement instruments and company-posted work and safety policies, procedures and programs

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time

　　working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
