Job Summary

　　Titan America, LLC has an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor for our aggregates operations, primarily stationed in Medley, FL. This exempt position is assigned to the Mobile Equipment Department and will report to the Director of Growth and Business development.

　　The Production Supervisor will be a Safety-Focused leader responsible for the processing, collection, crushing, and inventory management of recycled waste throughout the Florida Business Unit. The fast-paced, MSHA-certified environment requires heightened attention to detail to oversee processes, materials & heavy equipment. In addition, this role acts as a liaison, communicating the goals, objectives, and successes of a growing internal recycling initiative.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Oversee the daily activities of personnel, equipment, and designated areas specific to the waste recycling operation.

　　Coordinate with General & Operations Managers from the Concrete Products Division to ensure that all waste material is stored, handled & delivered according to the new Standard Operating Procedure that aligns with the Titan Florida Business Unit Circular Ecosystem.

　　Work with Aggregates and Concrete Product leaders to adjust processes and procedures according to the results of processed materials.

　　Supervise and assist equipment operators to ensure product consistency. This includes initial training, consistent monitoring of team member efficiency, and creating and maintaining a continuous improvement environment.

　　Responsible for planning and executing maintenance and fuel supply on assigned equipment & vehicles.

　　Ensuring a quality product by working alongside the Concrete Products and Aggregates quality control leaders to establish a cadence for both inbound (non-processed) and outbound (crushed & sold) material testing.

　　Synchronize with logistics and finance disciplines to accurately record recycling activities, material quantities, and compliance documentation.

　　Working cooperatively with the logistics & supply chain discipline to ensure the timely inbound/outbound delivery of material.

　　Aligning with Health, Safety, & Environmental leaders to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

　　Liaising with internal stakeholders to communicate the waste recycling operation's current and future growth objectives.

　　Address issues or challenges arising during recycling operations and implement effective solutions.

　　Promoting and implementing sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact and promote responsible waste management.

　　Qualifications:

　　+5 years of aggregate, ready-mix, or recycled waste experience

　　Associate degree required.

　　A bachelor’s degree in industrial, civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering or geology (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.

　　ACI Aggregate Testing Technician – Level 1 (Or willingness to obtain certification)

　　This role will call for up to 40% traveling.
