Shift Details: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM | Fridays $23.55/hr The Production Specialist is responsible for adhering to safety guidelines, communicating effectively with team members, cross-training on various machines to fill in as needed, and setting up and running critical equipment. They must follow safety guidelines and communicate effectively to ensure a safe work environment and efficient production. Cross-training allows for production flexibility; setting up and running critical equipment is essential to meet production demands and ensure quality output. To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, have at least two years of CNC experience, read and interpret blueprints, properly use measuring instruments, and move up to 50 pounds.
