Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with a global leader in energy-specific technology manufacturing, within the energy industry. The position is a Production Planner Supervisor to work hybrid, 2-3 days on-site a week. This is a permanent/direct hire opportunity.
Job Title: Production Planner Supervisor
Location: Shingle Springs, CA
Salary Range: $90K and above, based on experience
Schedule: Hybrid
Production Planner Supervisor is responsible for planning scheduling, and monitoring the supply and demand of materials in support of weld fabrication and machining at the Shingle Springs Site. The position is also responsible for the supervision of the warehouse associates by determining daily/weekly work schedules and monitoring workload to ensure that all warehouse functions are completed.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze MRP demand requirements, then plan, schedule, and monitor flow of materials throughout the production floor.
Review, approve, and implement engineering design changes related to fabrication and matching at shingle springs facility.
Manage labor load versus capacity within the ERP software to load level production.
Conducting weekly planning and capacity meetings.
Manage warehouse team, following safety, quality, delivery, cost requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Production Planning Experience ERP manufacturing environment machine shop expertise
Materials planning/production scheduling experience
Experience leading/managing others within production or warehouse management
MRP/CRP Experience
