Position Overview:
The Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, creating, and nurturing business opportunities across our diverse pipelines. This individual will work closely with the leadership team to drive growth, establish strategic partnerships, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
· Understand and Learn Software Products and Business
Training and knowing the product will help serve our customers.· Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Initiate and nurture relationships through targeted outreach, networking, events, and the development of a robust prospecting process.· Strategic Partnership Building:
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that align with the company's vision and growth objectives, actively contributing to partnership agreement development.· Client Relationship Cultivation:
Build and cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, positioning EzKin as a trusted partner.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions, establishing a foundation for long-term partnerships.
· Sales and Revenue Pioneering:
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to pioneer revenue growth across all pipelines.
Embrace the challenge of building a client base from scratch, utilizing effective sales presentations, negotiations, and closing techniques.
· Reporting and Analysis:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts.
Provide regular reports to the leadership team, offering insights and recommendations to shape ongoing strategies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of the Manufacturing industry and the ability to adapt to different pipelines.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft 365/Office
