Production Operators Needed Immediately in South Charleston!!!! Job Overview: Mountaineer Employment Solutions has partnered with a chemical manufacturing company in the South Charleston, WV, area. They are currently seeking Production Team Members. This position includes an amazing opportunity to work with one of the premier manufacturing companies in the mountain state. Production Team Members will primarily be responsible for assisting in assembling various products. Job Responsibilities: Comply with all Plant Safety Policies and Work Rules Adhere to all State and Federal Regulations about the environment. Assist Operating Personnel in a Team Environment Comply with all Federal Regulations for operating mobile equipment. Report all irregularities observed to supervision (directly report to Shift Supervisor) Assist Operating Personnel in moving finished products from packaging areas to staging areas and warehouse locations. Complete all associated recordkeeping to ensure compliance. Assist the production team with various duties. Ensure and maintain a clean and safe workplace. Qualifications: Proven work experience working for a chemical plant is preferred but not required. Must be able to read and comprehend English regarding simple instructions, short correspondence, and plant memos. Must possess excellent communication skills, oral & written. Ability to apply common sense understanding when implementing instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form. Ability to work in a noisy environment, climb stairs/frequently lift, and move up to 50 pounds of material.
