Our client, a leader in the restaurant industry is looking for a Franchising Analyst to join their team in the Toronto area on a contract basis.

　　Job Description :

　　• Report to Manager, Franchising,

　　• Carrying out key initiatives and executing on important projects in the franchising department

　　• Franchisee Recruitment: working with the franchising team to execute on recruiting initiatives and manage the pipeline of franchisee candidates for new restaurants

　　• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): developing and maintaining a platform that tracks key information for our franchisee system

　　• Owner Recognition: manage internal and vendor relationships and coordinate the logistics for our annual Franchisee Recognition and Awards program

　　• Diversity & Inclusion (D&I): building processes and tracking progress and key strategic initiatives

　　• Performance & Expandability: maintaining the data and working with IT to manage the Franchisee Success System to evaluate franchisee performance

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Excel - (count, sum , sum if, Vlookups)

　　Bachelors Degree - Business

　　Ms office (Powerpoint, Outlook)

　　-Open to new graduates with a strong desire to learn and become part of a growing team

　　-Strong communication skills required, will be conversing with a variety of internal and external stake holders

　　-Understanding of project management preferred
