　　A global leading developer of highly automated manufacturing equipment is looking for a Production Manager to join their team near Columbia, Tennessee. This continuously growing company has been established for over 75 years working with globally known clients across North America, South America, and Europe. This Manager will lead all production execution activities across machining, fabrication, and assembly areas.

　　The salary is commensurate with experience up to $95K plus relocation assistance and excellent health & retirement benefits.

　　responsibilities:

　　Leads and drives daily stand-up meetings with Production Team Leaders to communicate standard information within the business, as well as align on daily priorities and focus

　　Accountable for production output actual vs. planned. Responsible to implement corrective action plans to ensure targets are achieved or surpassed

　　Develop, track, and continuously improve key performance indicators to drive accountability within the production team

　　Develops, drives and sustains a visual factory and 5S standards

　　Makes suggestions for process and safety improvements

　　Assists in new process and/or procedural development and enhancements

　　Implements best practices utilizing lean methodology.
