　　Responsibilities

　　Lead or support automation projects and initiatives.

　　Support preventive maintenance on equipment, according to the TPM schedule.

　　Review, prioritize and schedule all maintenance requests based on urgency and necessity.

　　Perform all necessary mechanical repairs to production equipment or coordinate vendor assisted repairs.

　　Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.

　　Work with Value Streams and associates to improve throughput by making fixtures and modification of equipment.

　　Able to run equipment in machining to make modifications on machines and machine parts to make fixtures.

　　Develop and implement automated solutions to reduce costs or generate additional revenue.

　　Actively research new or more cost effective vendors for automated equipment and other parts being ordered.

　　Follow supply requisition process when parts are needed for repairs and maintenance.

　　Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

　　The essential functions of this role include:
