This Production Manager is primarily responsible for directing and coordinating activities of CNG/RNG & Hydrogen production departments in processing materials or manufacturing products in an industrial organization by performing duties personally or though subordinate supervisors and staff members. The Production Manager is also responsible for championing VBS (Vontier Business Systems) and Continuous improvement throughout the production department in collaboration with VBS and Operations leadership.

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

　　Plan production, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.

　　Actively engage workforce through Safety Observations

　　Prepare schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.

　　Review production reports and resolve manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent manufacturing delays.

　　Assist the VP, Operation and VBS in identifying facility and equipment requirements, and manage safety and environmental issues related to production

　　Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.

　　Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.

　　Resolve worker problems and performance issues and submit unsettled issues to Human Resources Department for action. Compile, store, and retrieve production data.

　　Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; in Industrial, Manufacturing Technology or a Physical Science is desirable and at least five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience is required.
