　　As a Production Engineer (m/f/x) at 3M Gagnef , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

　　Here, you will make an impact by:

　　Management and execution of various projects within manufacturing

　　Lead problem-solving activities and implement corrective actions

　　Process development through process data analysis

　　Carry out risk assessments and CE marking of machines

　　Support in mechanical design, CAD

　　Your Skills and Expertise

　　To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

　　Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

　　Project management experience

　　Experience from process development

　　Skills in mechanical construction - CAD

　　Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
