　　* NEW HIGHER UNION WAGES*1st shift $13.50/hour (6:30am-3:00pm)2nd shift $14.25/hour (3:15pm-11:45pm)

　　Hayward Laboratories, Inc. is a manufacturing health and beauty product warehouse. The company is known for manufacturing for major companies such as Palmer's Cocoa Butter. Our focal point at Hayward revolves around processing, analytical laboratories, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution of Palmer's products. We are currently seeking Full-Time Production Line Workers .

　　Requirements

　　Essential Job Functions:

　　• Employee is required to perform all essential and non-essential duties on all lines and will be rotated every two hours to a different position on the line. They are required to relieve any and all other line workers that may be called to leave the line.

　　• While performing the job the employee must complete his/her own work before others can complete their work at a frequency of several items per minute depending on the line, the product, and/or the position.

　　• Stamping, making boxes, and palletizing are an essential part of the assembler’s functions as well as the suppliers.

　　• Employee is required to meet or exceed the output requirement of the task to be performed with minimal component and batch product waste.

　　• The employee will question their line leader if they do not understand the requirements of the task to be performed.

　　• Employee is to assure complete cleanliness of the line at the end of each shift by performing the following:

　　• Sweep floors

　　• Count rejects and move to the main aisle

　　• Remove all trash to the main aisle.

　　• Break down all empty corrugate and palletize for recycling.

　　• If and when a line is down mechanically the employee will not be idle and will automatically resume cleaning the line area.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Employee is required to pass a drug and/or alcohol test.

　　While performing the job the employee must move individual fingers and arms independently at a frequency of minutes to many times each minute. This activity is necessary for successful job performance. The employee could NOT perform the job successfully if he/she could not perform this activity.

　　While performing the job the employee must be able to stand independently at a frequency of hourly to eight hours per day.

　　While performing the job the employee must be able to lift 25 lbs at a frequency of minutes to many times each hour.

　　While performing the job the employee must be able to walk, stretch, bend and reach at a regular frequency of many times each hour.
