　　To strengthen our team in Pilsen, we are looking for you within the Wacker Silicones division, for the Operational Excellence (Digitalization) department:

　　Production Data Specialist

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Active support of digitization topics in the production environment

　　Analysis of production processes and support in optimization through the selection and application of suitable tools and solutions

　　Expert function in the field of industrial analytics for the visualization of process data, e.g. from manufacturing execution systems

　　Development of dashboards and reports

　　Continuous training of analytics key users and regular organization of key user meetings

　　Collaboration in optimization projects of the Silicones Operations division with a focus on production processes and the sustainable improvement of productivity and process stability

　　Job Requirements

　　University degree

　　Experience in the field of automation and digitalization, preferably in the production environment

　　Knowledge in the use of data visualization software, e.g. Tableau, SeeQ

　　Good knowledge of production-related IT systems, e.g. SAP, PLS, MS Office

　　Knowledge of methods and experience in agile project management (e.g. Scrum)

　　Resilience, ability to work in a team, flexibility

　　Good knowledge of German or English

　　Willingness to travel and enjoy international cooperation
