Description
Business Analyst duties include:
• Communicate and execute on-time completion of deliverables.
• Work with stakeholders to document process workflows for requirement management, risk analysis and testing.
• Develop software tool per user needs and collect feedback from stakeholders on deliverables.
• Create measurement of effectiveness dashboards for stakeholders within the tool to improve productivity.
• Export and import existing documentation from one database to another and validate the tool to ensure proper transfer.
• Document tool workflows and prepare training material for training basic, moderate and advanced users.
• Document found issues in JIRA database, own and solve issues under scope of work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain high standards for content completion, integrity, and regulatory & standards compliance.
• Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
• Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by functional management based on the current project/business objectives and regular predictable attendance.
Requirements
2-4 years of business analyst experience
2 years’ experience with product line management (PLM) tool development.
Experience with DOORs, PTC Integrity, PTC CodeBeamer, JAMA or other Product Life Management tools.
Experience with Microsoft Business Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Microsoft Power BI
