　　Job Description

　　As the Production Co-Ordinator based at our Dandenong South food flavour manufacturing site you will be reporting to the Production Manager.

　　You will be responsible for ensuring we meet our production targets across all technologies through liaison with customer service and team leaders. A focus of the role is to maintain and improve operational process systems efficiency, with administration of systems and involvement in improvement projects. This role ensures robust systems efficiency and consistent action for improvement.

　　Responsibilities

　　• Maintain and optimise and support a highly efficient shop floor manufacturing operation

　　• Ensure production schedule is met through liaison with customer service and team leaders

　　• Investigate and complete root cause analysis with non conforming batches

　　• Assisting with process engineering & continuous improvement tasks/projects, including evaluation of process, problem solving, root cause analysis and the implementation of rectifications/solutions

　　• Improving/optimising manufacturing process efficiency, quality and safety

　　• Production efficiency & performance KPI tracking & reporting

　　• Execution of and participation in capital projects as related to this role

　　Job Requirements

　　To be successful in this role you will need to have:

　　• 5 years experience in process, mechatronics or industrial engineering preferred

　　• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial) or related field

　　• Experience in coding & data systems, SQL, VBA

　　• Understanding of use of automation data in process efficiency. Experience in system data use and user interfaces

　　• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Microsoft Excel, OneNote, Planner, Project & Access data analysis (SQL Database knowledge is advantageous)

　　• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

　　• Self motivated organic problem solving skills

　　• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

　　• Demonstrated high work ethic and reliability

　　• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
