This entails the compiling, recording, updating, and maintaining of current data for entry in the automated work management system for assigned shops. The data source is from various work documents such as service calls, Indefinite Duration Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Change of Occupancy (COM) work orders and preventative maintenance work documents. Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversees the daily operations of the service desk, receiving trouble calls from housing residents or Government personnel - Coordinates the daily work scheduling with the SRM Supervisors - Notifies upper management or key Government personnel of "Emergency" situations as defined in department procedures and provides updates as required - Spot checks the data entry function and service orders created to ensure compliance with department procedures and accuracy of the data inputted - Coordinates with the Quality Management team the creation of IDIQ work orders when the service order repair threshold cost has been exceeded - Maintains the preventive maintenance database, schedules preventive maintenance actions and inspections - Provide the Government CORs with a monthly preventive maintenance schedule - Ensures that all Contract Deliverables (CDRL) required by contract are accurate and delivered to the applicable Government representative to meet the CDRL schedule - Coordinates the obtaining of Government approvals to start work for IDIQ and COMs work orders, ensures all IDIQ and COMs work is scheduled and obtains the Governments QAE signed acceptance when the work is completed - Facilitates any required appliance change outs with the Government area managers - Generates and prints a variety of reports or requirements as requested by the Government, assigned shops or various requestors - Ensures all IDIQ work is completed timely and coordinates with the Government for validation of the completed work - Ensures that the Production Control Clerks are accuracy processing and completing the data entry functions daily and that they are verifying completion of work with the technicians until service/work order is closed - Supports management with statistical data reports, as requested, to track open work orders waiting Government approval, work in production and the volume of work completed - Ensures that all pass down notes are entered, providing direction on tasking for the next shift and for ensuring awareness of ongoing issues or situations - Prints, sorts, and distributes a variety of work documents such as service calls, project work orders and preventative maintenance task documents to appropriate shops - Ensures that all documents are properly filed and that all files are being maintained in accordance with company procedures - Maintains files for all warranties and other pertinent information pertaining to each facility and ensures that is available to all Production Control personnel on duty - Assists technicians in day-to-day operations as required - Adheres to the established CSSI Safety and Personnel policies and Standard Opera ing Procedures - Creates the personnel work schedule for the service desk, a 24/7 operation - Would need to be available should emergencies arise or if weekend, swing, and night shift personnel required assistance - Performs other related duties as assigned Accountable For: - Ability to work closely and harmoniously with fellow workers - Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diversified situations - Ability to communicate orally and in writing - Ability to deal professionally and courteously with customer issues and concerns Minimum Requirements: - High school graduate or equivalent - Three (3) years of experience with work management systems, such as Maximo, SAP or Mincom - Two (2) years Supervisory experience - Must have knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and creating reports - Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) - Possess a valid Guam Driver's License Working Conditions: - Work is performed indoors and outdoors - Outdoor work is subject to temperature extremes and inclement weather conditions - Work hours are subject to change, with overtime work as needed Physical Requirements: - Must be able to sit for long periods of time, stand, use hands and fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs - Must be able to lift 35 pounds or more Reasonable Accommodation: GPSI will provide reasonable accommodations, according to applicable state and federal laws, to all qualified individuals with physical or mental disabilities.
