Upon training within the department, theProduction Associate will be responsible for independently reading andverifying the job orders and then setting up and completing themanufacturing process. Duties and Responsibilities: *Read andaccurately understand the job order, instructions, and customerspecifications *Set up and operate different types of machineryaccording to the department processes and each job\'s requirements*Consistently evaluate product for quality, verifying departmentalprocedures are completed accurately *Record defects, document qualitydata, and work within the quality management system.
