　　Basic Job Functions

　　The Position:

　　Production Associates manufacture, assemble and support the production of C.H.I. products. This could include the production of doors, door assemblies, or other support components.

　　Related Job Duties:

　　Reads production paperwork and performs work as assigned by the department supervisor.

　　Assembles the materials to produce garage doors and/or assemblies.

　　Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages and include correct shipping documents.

　　Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.

　　Notify the supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.

　　Place finished goods in the proper area and/or trailer for shipment.

　　Maintain a clean and safe work area.

　　Maintain production standards without compromising quality.

　　Other reasonably related duties as assigned.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 1-year of previous general labor and/or customer service experience.Preferred Qualifications:

　　2 years of previous experience in manufacturing, operating heavy machines, punch tooling, and hand tools, and have mechanical aptitude.Benefits
