We have an outstanding Contract position for a Production Associateto join a leading Company located in theCincinnati, OHsurrounding area.

　　As Production Associate, you will load and unload all types of hermetic seals to specified production levels. Perform periodic minor maintenance of the furnace to avoid any and all types of malfunction.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Assure furnaces are always kept in good condition to avoid malfunction.

　　Must be able to read information charts to set up proper temperature measurements of furnaces.

　　Load and unload parts effectively to maintain an acceptable workflow.

　　Perform general tasks such as maintaining the equipment and keeping the assigned work area clean.

　　Perform other duties as required by the supervisor or management.

　　Attend training sessions as required to meet standards of job-related activities.

　　Participate in cross-training efforts, interfacing with other departments to acquire additional skills and knowledge for advancement.

　　Basic Hiring Criteria:

　　High school or equivalent.

　　One year of manufacturing experience.

　　One year of assembling experience.

　　This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national security-based export control requirements. All applicants must be US Persons (8 USC 1324b(a)(3)), or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government. No company sponsorship will be offered.
