　　Client has a robust camp they run in the summer. It’s a general summer camp for children - Summer camp, theater program, arts and crafts, sports, games, learning and other activities. For more information, please click this link. It’s a big revenue generator for the school, upwards of 2 million in revenue. The Software/Program support admin is going on a long-term leave, and they need someone to step into this role. The contractor will be reporting to the Director of Summer Programs. They will be able to cross train with the current person in the seat before they go on leave in Mid/Late February. They use CampBrain software and database for this summer programs. Camp Brain is a software for onboarding users, managing the camp, attendance, billing, hiring, staffing the camp, counselors, parental logins. The administrative person was managing CampBrain. Need a contractor to help manage Camp Brain software, enter camper and parent information, fielding calls from parents, troubleshooting minor issues, organizing the data in CampBrain, supporting counselor’s CampBrain questions, entering payment and personal information, updating reports, etc. Most of this work is done in the office behind the computer and a phone call. Ideally they want someone who has CampBrain experience so they don’t have to train. If there is a similar camp/activity event management software, that might work as well, but please specify which one! Summer Camp or other childhood camp administrative experience is also a must have. 25 – 30 hours per week, January through August. They will be able to keep this person busy for all Spring until the summer, and through the entire camp itself. Might turn into an FTE position down the road.
