This professional will be part of our Service Innovation Team in Software for Cardiology, being our main partner in guaranteeing the product lifecycle management through Design for Service.

　　Your role:

　　Lead the Service Readiness from inception to volume delivery of new products in the field, in adherence to regulatory processes for medical devices and project milestones.

　　Work closely with cross-functional disciplines (i.e.: R&D, Product Management, Technical writers, Supply chain, Q&R), influencing development and manufacture for serviceability.

　　Collect and prioritize the feedback from service validation and initial deployments with the Program Team and share ownership for processes and improvements within the function.

　　You're the right fit if:

　　Prior experience in phase-gate processes – product development or new product introduction

　　Strong experience in software support, troubleshooting (HL7 and Dicom) and escalation processes throughout the entire product life cycle.

　　Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Health Science or related discipline.

　　Prior experience in the Medical Device or other heavily regulated industry.

　　Knowledge or experience with Cloud Product troubleshooting will be a strong differential.
