Job Summary:
Create Business development Plan for the key account by having discussed with the account owner (s) /doctor (s). Build strong customer relationship & trust and ensure right company’s message and key activities will be implemented in a good manner and under compliance Policy. Provide accurate forecasting and information which company can foresee insight and making right decision. Ensure the budget has been used properly for the account(s).

Majority base in Bangkok area. UPC trip will base on assigned and challenged which agree with immediate supervisor.Key Responsibilities
Responsible for KOLs development and strengthen professional partnership with our target KOLs pool by updating scientific information and discussion with them about treatment and management as well as find out the treatment gap with professional objection handing in helping them improve patient outcomes
Work collaborative with product manager to drive network meeting
Develop training curriculum with KOLs/Trainer
Prepare professional training material pack
Organize the meeting & logistic for speakers & delegates
Follow up the applicable of Botox injection in their practice after trainee attended the meeting
Coordinate with other team member to set up hospital workshop & injection training to develop new injector and increase number of injection sites
Support in clinic support program e.g. injection training need (In house training and outside), material to be used
Responsible for sales achievement of key account esp. Medical school hospitals and major government and private hospital
Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or Nursing
Experienced and expertise in neuroscience business
Has a passion to work in marketing field for his/her career path
Good disease & product knowledge and customer analysis in her responsible area
Good collaboration with all team member
Good communication skill with internal & external customers
Have initiative idea to build a strong Neuroscience foundation and drive Neuroscience business
