We are offering an exciting opportunity in West Palm Beach for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. The role will be responsible for managing financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles in the industry. The job functions will include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, general ledger reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage all accounts payable and receivable transactions

• Oversee and handle the processing of payroll, ensuring accurate records are maintained

• Conduct daily reconciliations and prepare financial reports as required

• Manage tax filings, including payroll taxes and 1099s, ensuring compliance with financial regulations

• Oversee job costing, invoicing, and customer financing to maintain accurate financial records

• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliation and high-volume invoicing

• Maintain compliance with company policies while performing all accounting functions

• Utilize QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, and Microsoft Excel to efficiently manage all bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role or similar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory

• Demonstrated experience in performing all accounting functions

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Expertise in using QuickBooks for financial management

• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus

• Knowledge in conducting month-end close activities

• Proven track record in handling high-volume invoicing

• Ability to perform account reconciliation tasks accurately

• Experience in conducting bank reconciliations.
