About Material Handler - Level 1

As a Material Handler Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement and storage of materials within our Industrial Automation business. You will be responsible for tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Hamilton, OH location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain by ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials. You will contribute to the overall success of our operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the production process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials

Pick, pack, and ship materials to support production and customer orders

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts

Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any material-related issues

YOU MUST HAVE

1+ years of experience in material handling or a related field

Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds • Basic computer skills

WE VALUE

High school diploma or GED

Experience operating material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and teamwork skills
