About the Role
Montage Marketing Group (Montage) creates live engagement experiences for our clients' audiences. Engagements are custom to the audience need, client branded, and immersive or sensorial to drive impact and result.
Montage Marketing is looking for a seasoned Product Specialist who has experience representing health-related client accounts, knowledge, and a positive attitude, bringing experiences to life to diverse audiences. The Product Specialist serves as part of the field team and brings the program to life through personal interaction, educational messaging, and positive energy.
This is a full time, exempt position including nationwide travel with one of our three active tours (Eastern, Central, and Western regions) from April – October 2024.
If you are not local to the Metro Washington DC area, we would consider candidates residing in one of the following states: Arizona, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, or West Virginia.
Anticipated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000.
Government standard per diem rate available for meals and lodging.
Selected candidates will be invited to attend one of three in-person casting calls in New York, NY, Atlanta, GA, or Phoenix, AZ. New York and Atlanta interviews will take place on Friday, February 16, 2024, between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET. Phoenix interviews will take place on Thursday, February 15, 2024, and Friday, February 16, 2024, between 9:30 am - 5:00 pm MT (travel expenses not reimbursed). If invited to attend a casting call, additional information regarding specific interview time and location will be shared via email by Friday, February 9, 2024.
Requirements
A minimum of three (3) years of experiential marketing
Experience with health, multi-cultural, education, and/or community projects
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform physical tasks.
Experience helping with set up and breakdown of event elements
Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
Successfully pass background check, drug screen, and driving history
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Experience traveling driving from market to market for assigned projects
Experience driving and traveling alone in a company vehicle.
Experience being part of tour teams of two people or more.
Excellent communications skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends/holidays and under various weather exposure
Comfortable working in non-traditional and diverse settings
Successful track record working with field tour teams
Experience training brand ambassadors and volunteers on-site
Excellent communications skills, ability to verbally communicate with ease to various audiences
Experience with Mac computers and Office software
Focus on results, quality, and attention to detail
Be punctual and maintain a professional demeanor
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Maintain a clean, show-ready event space
Work with Tour team to coordinate event logistics
Passion for engagement, event marketing, community work, health, and diversity
Collaborative attitude and ability to serve as engagement support to field team
Ability to communicate complex program messaging to targeted audiences
Prepare messaging points for activations per the provided market and event information
Support visitor navigation of on-site engagements and the program enrollment process
Provide insights related to engagement and enrollment challenges in specific markets through the completion of reports and ongoing communication with project team.
Attract and encourage visitors to the event footprint
Provide creative and strategic recommendations and solutions to generate event engagement
Energetic and outgoing personality
Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve and work under pressure
Ability to multi-task as necessary
Flexibility to accommodate execution changes
Participate in program knowledge, protocol and engagement trainings
Continuously study and stay informed on program updates and messaging points
Complete required protocol trainings for the program
Support pre promotional efforts through canvassing and educational activations
Contribute to the program Key Performance Indicators
Submit timesheet and expense reports with proper supports for payment and reimbursement
