General Summary:
As an Agile leader, the Product Owner works in close collaboration with both IT and business stakeholders to champion the development of capabilities that enhance the overall customer experience. Their role works closely with IT delivery teams to execute the roadmap. They play a pivotal role in defining features and maintaining the team's focus on delivering what is most crucial.
Furthermore, the Product Owner carries the responsibility for ensuring the operational readiness of these capabilities. They mobilize the necessary personnel to prepare the business for the effective adoption, use, and support of new capabilities before they are deployed to production. Depending on the scale and complexity of their assigned roadmap, the Product Owner may also report to a Senior Product Owner when required.
This is a hybrid role that will be based in Portland, ME or Chattanooga, TN.
Specifications:

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.
$89,400.00-$174,800.00
Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of benefits and rewards that are competitive and comprehensive including healthcare benefits (health, vision, dental), insurance benefits (short & long-term disability), performance-based incentive plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution whether you contribute to the plan or not. All benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of individual Plans.
