About Product Owner

  Our client has an immediate need for a Product Owner, who will be responsible for implementing product roadmaps and capabilities that support our business and customers' needs leveraging project management and Agile skills Requirements:

  3-6 years of experience in product development, marketing, strategy, digital, process/user interface designExperience with agile approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD) as well as design thinking and front--to--back process reengineering and automationExperience utilizing various project/program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau, MS Office/TeamsExperience providing technical solutions to functional challengesExperience with relevant products/services which is broad, current, and technology-focusedAbility to analysis, problem shooting, ability to evaluate the work and identify anomaliesAbility to link and synthesize data and research across the business and external market to drive product development and enable digitizationExperience producing detailed functional and information requirements models and documentation, including storytelling expertise to ensure impact and consensusExperience in financial services and payment products including digital is a plusExperience establishing risk-based controls within a highly regulated environment is a plus* *Responsibilities:

  Developing a product roadmap focused on delivering outstanding customer experienceTransforming the high-level vision into detailed requirements and acceptance criteriaEnsuring the agile team delivers agreed-upon standards for quality and scopeWorking closely with delivery teams to make sure they build the right functionality in a timely mannerFacilitating team continuous discussion of innovative ways to improve products and servicesUnderstanding, reading, and analyzing team results and agile metrics so to communicate progress on product roadmap against the mission and critical metrics; updating decision-makers on progress against the product roadmapUsing market and industry knowledge to generate criteria to inform end-user needsIntegrating product research and requirements to improve user satisfaction and ensure customer-driven designTranslating strategy into measurable tasks; partner cross-functionally to ensure execution on those requirementsCreating, prioritizing, and refining backlog to deliver the most valuable work first, while ensuring technical integrity of all features or componentsEmpowering pod members to continuously learn and growPrioritizing work against clearly defined goals and metricsSupporting an agile mentality across internal teams to drive the transition to a customer-centric organizationProviding oversight to ensure alignment with agile/scrum practicesParticipating in scrum of scrums ceremony aiding in impediment removal and owning applicable tasksProviding feedback to pod members on performance, and working with the Agile Coach and Scrum Master to evaluate the performance of the Pod and its membersLeading large-scale product demo or reviewsDeveloping UI prototypes, assisting with data provisioning, and performing analytics around usage, behavioral/transactional, and technical data* *Why Work for ConsultUSA:
