　　What will I be doing?

　　Our mission is to build a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Evaluation and Investigation team is responsible for evaluating and assessing the quality of AI models under TikTok and other international products, to ensure product security and create a good atmosphere for content creation and community interaction. You will have the opportunity to join the fast-growing space of AI and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products.

　　As a Product Operations Specialist, you will support the end-to-end evaluation of AI models based on given business targets to improve model safety performance. You will design and maintain high quality prompt libraries and templates to enable the swift identification of potential safety risks. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and align on business objectives and maintain a high quality product user experience.

　　Responsibilities

　　- Have a deep understanding and knowledge of English Speaking Markets, including local cultural norms and specific discourse on content safety considerations.

　　- Design and maintain high-quality prompts libraries and templates from the safety perspective and able to identify potential weaknesses of models through daily work to improve overall performance and achieve further optimization

　　- Responsible for the design and execution of model evaluation based on business targets to keep improving model overall performance.

　　- Data analysis and insights/reports generation based on evaluation data.

　　- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as the product and RD team, policy team and delivery team to understand business requirements and objectives and enhance the product user experience.

　　- Keep learning and stay updated with the latest and relevant industry research and investigation.

　　- Able to work on projects outside core responsibilities that could require different requirements, such as using assessment methods and having flexibility to support related projects.

　　- Willing to work on sensitive issues including but not limited to child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content etc.

　　- Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　What should I bring with me?

　　- Bachelor's degree or above (Major in journalism, literature, mathematics, computers, medicine, law, and economics are preferred)

　　- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) along with strong regional/international stakeholders experience

　　- Proven experience in project/program management, with the ability to multi-task, prioritizing cross-functional global projects, and providing comprehensive solutions

　　- Strong about AI or related models, familiarity with social media platforms and in-depth understanding of local culture

　　- Possess quick-learning skills with the ability to understand existing and new moderation business logic, metrics, and processes quickly

　　- Demonstrates critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills

　　- Experience in data analysis is preferred
