JOB REQUIREMENTS: We have an opportunity at our Corporate Office inGreen Bay for a Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be theproduct champion overseeing specific categories including new andexisting product lines. Your responsibilities will consist of creatingproduct strategies, leading new product development projects, executingmaintenance of existing product lines, and assisting in other criticalactivities to support the overall business. Specific jobresponsibilities include: Identify market needs through competitiveanalysis, field sales input, client meetings, and category analysisrelative to gaps. Collaborate with Design and Development andManufacturing facilities to translate market needs into benefit/featuresets. Create and execute market strategy plans for new products and lineextensions as it relates to pricing, product positioning, messaging,content and sales support materials. Train the field sales force on newand existing products. Support new product information needs and supplycompetitive information as needed. Identify new growth, linerationalization and manage care-taker products including identifyingproducts to be deleted. Perform value analysis and value engineering forcurrent products. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor\'s degreein Business, Marketing, or related field and 2+ years\' experience in aproduct management role.
