This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that builds beautiful, award winning pools while encouraging individuals to learn, grow, and advance.The Pool Construction Project Manager position is year-round with continued work during the winter.Pay: Pool Construction Project Managers start at $60k+ commensurate with experiencePerks: Employer-contributed health benefits, paid-time-off, licensing & ongoing education management and more!What you’ll do as a Pool Construction Project Manager:Oversee the construction of swimming pools from start to finishMeet with construction project managers & design team to go over design, drawings and contractLayoutOversee the Excavation, installation of PVC, installation of rebar, shotcrete, program & set equipmentOperate skid steers, excavators and loadersShoot elevationsRead plans, measure, and layout hardscape featuresComplete necessary paperwork for time and materials usedCoordinate, direct & check the work of subcontractorsPlace product ordersTrouble shoot & problem solveBe an asset to the production & install teamRequirements:We take safety seriously - safety first is safety always!At least 2 years of experience building Gunite and Vinyl pools, installing hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and wallsExperience operating equipment; skid steers, excavators, loaders..Clean, valid NYS drivers license.Must be able to lift 100lbsBi-lingual in English and Spanish desired
