　　We are looking for enthusiastic and driven undergraduates to join the Global Construction and Infrastructure (GCI) team in Singapore. GCI is responsible for delivering profitable growth through sales, marketing, and supporting services growth at point of sale with customers.

　　JOB PURPOSE:

　　You will be working at Caterpillar Asia Pte Ltd, which is the Asia Pacific headquarters, and will join the Global Construction & Infrastructure division that looks after all core Cat products for the region. You will support a team of consultants, who are responsible for providing sales support to the regional sales teams, developing commercial plans and programs to grow sales, and helping define future strategies for long-term customer success by collecting the voice of customers and dealers.

　　JOB DUTIES:

　　Assist consultants with data collection and generating business reports for meetings with key stakeholders.

　　Assist in monitoring monthly and Year-to-date sales variance spend by product families.

　　Monitor Caterpillar machines and competitor pricing submitted by Caterpillar dealers, help validate the data, and spot changes in prices.

　　Take part in key commercial projects where you will be able to leverage your academic skills within a Multinational Company.

　　Involved in market surveys by conducting desk research and interviews with customers and dealers. Contribute to interpreting the findings for meaningful insights.

　　Help shape decisions with insightful data reporting.

　　INTERNSHIP BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Business Administration/Management, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.

　　Keen interest to explore and learn about the heavy equipment industry.

　　Desire to apply acquired knowledge in university on tangible projects.

　　Possess strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a multicultural environment.

　　Demonstrate high level of motivation, with a strong desire to learn, and the ability to work independently when required.

　　Strong analytical skills are crucial in this role.
