　　YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

　　As a Project Manager, you're the mastermind behind the symphony of project success, coordinating with key stakeholders like the general contractor, architect, engineer, and electrical supervisor. Your expertise extends to overseeing the intricate processes of submittals, price requests, and change orders. You delve into the procurement process, reviewing lot order numbers and skillfully coordinating with suppliers.

　　You're the conductor of monthly project billings and the facilitator of trade coordination meetings. You collaborate seamlessly with the BIM/CAD department. Your role extends to resource estimation, budget proposal drafting, and negotiation with department managers for personnel acquisition.

　　You plan timelines, track milestones, and deliver progress reports, exhibiting a proactive approach to managing changes and defining success criteria. Your leadership inspires and motivates the project team, ensuring positive actions and accountability throughout the project life cycle. As the project conductor, you orchestrate success!

　　WHAT'S REQUIRED?

　　Current Journeyman's or Master Electrician's licenseProficiency using MS 365 and SharePointAn advanced working knowledge of all electrical installations including fire alarm systems, lighting controls, distribution systems, branch wiring, grounding, etc.Great organizational skillsAutodesk Build and Sage software knowledge is a plusABOUT US
