Need 3 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in Bricelyn, MN. From: 02/20/2024 to 12/20/2024. Work: 50 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 9 hrs./day, Sat. 5 hrs./day. 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All work performed in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist with tillage, spring planting, summer cultivation, and fall harvesting, as well as putting up hay and transporting grain from field to bin site. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job requires repetitive movements. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular driver's license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience. No HS Diploma/GED required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
