　　What your responsibilities will be

　　Strategic functions:

　　Together with the SDFL works in the definition of launch strategy and planning from proof of concept (clinical) to Launch

　　Collaborates with Marketing, Market Access and Medical team members in a cross-functional team: communication of the aligned goal and strategies to follow as well as tactics/deliverables which Marketing, Market Access and Medical shall be accountable for delivering against

　　Global Collaboration:

　　Participates in co-creation of launch strategy with the global product team that accounts for market specificities

　　Works with Global and local teams to prepare for all launch scenarios and, in partnership with the SDFL, ensure that the respective teams execute on those

　　Operational functions:

　　Executes the Fibrinogen launch plan activities that will enable the product to be launched on time, under the supervision of the SDFL

　　Responsible for delivering upon launch metrics, proposing and applying mitigation strategies, if needed.

　　Who you are

　　Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related field; MBA or science-related graduate degree preferred

　　1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical healthcare industry in disciplines such as marketing, sales, consulting, product development, business development, market access, government affairs or related experience. Launch experience preferred

　　Knowledge of both the EU&US environment, the global organization, and an understanding of how it works.

　　Team player who collaborates well with others

　　Customer-oriented. Able to translate customer insights into strategic decisions

　　Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and presentation skills

　　Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure

　　Understanding required of the difference between scientific exchange and promotion, advertising and promotion procedures and guidelines as well as market research process and tools and forecasting techniques
