The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help execute market access strategies for Tecvayli. In this role, you will be responsible for tactical planning and execution of market access resources to achieve market access goals in all key channels and drive field execution of market access messaging via approved resources. The product manager will work closely with agency partners, internal partners- including real world value & evidence & the strategic customer group and account teams to develop market access strategies for Tecvayli.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight process and launch with field teams.
Help lead content development for Key Account team meetings, promotional assets, and non-personal promotion assets.
Shape and lead field advisory boards with account teams
Align and engage with the customer facing teams to drive appropriate use of materials and gather useful insights.
Partner with and across KAM (Key Account Management) & SCG (Strategic Customer Group) & FRAS (Field Reimbursement Access Solutions) teams to ensure account teams are knowledgeable on the product and disease state and market access initiatives.
Lead initiatives with pharmacy stakeholder
Help execute solutions for customer operational considerations for across the Multiple Myeloma bispecific teams – work in close collaboration with the Talvey team.
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience
Experience with project management and cross functional matrix teams management
Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
Preferred:
Experience with product launch
Experience in Oncology
