About Product Manager- DM

  The Position

  Develop and communicate vision, marketing strategies and plan of action of the assigned products in terms of what it should become over the short, medium and long term.

  Manage and assume overall responsibility for the marketing success of the assigned products.

  Develop, lead and manage all marketing related activities.

  Ensure high level of customers satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities.

  Realize market opportunities in line with strategies and plans.

  Tasks & Responsibilities

  Develop and maintain continuous knowledge on BI products, customers, pharma market and its trend and set direction for the team

  Develop, manage and execute marketing plan in compliance with Corporate SOPs and local rules

  Participate on strategy development, planning and forecasting

  Maintain customer relations (internal and external) and contribute to long lasting customer satisfaction

  Accountable for product launch and pre-launch activities including but not limited to marketing campaign and other promotional activities.

  Requirements

  Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably Pharmacy/Pharmacy-related or Life Sciences-related major

  6+ years of sales/marketing experience in the pharma industry, preferably experience in a brand ownership experience

  Experienced in leading a portfolio, including objective and strategy setting and implementation

  Proven track record in a successful launch of a new product, preferably in the areas of identifying patient journey, market access strategy, pricing and other marketing imperatives.

  Experience in Budget planning, forecast according in alignment with strategic priorities

  Experience in supervising a small team, employee performance coaching & development

  Previous customer engagement experience with HCPs in customer-facing roles is preferred

  Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, Chinese and English

  Strong communication skills to interact with people of different personality types Detail-oriented, hands on approach, organized & Self-motivated, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
