Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a dedicated IT Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit a keen eye for identifying business risks, contributing to continuous process improvements, and promoting internal controls awareness across IT and business units. The security analyst will play a vital role in coordinating responses to internal audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Coordination of response actions to identified business risks as a result of internal audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments.

　　Proactive promotion of awareness and training on technology-related internal controls across IT and business units.

　　Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for existing security tools and solutions.

　　Assurance of continuous improvement of security operations processes and procedures.

　　Execution of incident response tabletop exercises on a regular basis and updating plans using lessons learned.

　　Identification, monitoring, and presentation of data points for IT risk management activities, including daily dashboards, metrics, and reporting.

　　Serving as the primary business liaison to existing security service providers.

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience as an IT Security Analyst or similar role.

　　Strong understanding of IT security best practices, procedures, and risk management concepts.

　　Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

　　Knowledge of security tools, firewall systems, and data encryption protocols.

　　Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

　　Superior verbal and written communication skills.
