Position Description The Product Manager is responsible for driving the commercial and new product marketing activities and requirements for the IVD group's success. They serve as a commercial lead for the Angiography portfolio, with partnership and collaboration with other ACIST business groups. This person is expected to routinely provide perspective on clinical, strategic, and organizational strategies on the Angiography product lines and the broader ACIST product portfolio. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The Product Manager is responsible for assisting in the commercial strategy and efforts surrounding the CVi and broader Angiography technologies within the IVD business group. Provide inputs, direction and translate the features and benefits of CVi and the Angiography portfolio into compelling selling and commercialization strategies for the business. Develop go-to-market strategy, value proposition and key claims. Foster relationships with KOLs and clinicians to better understand the product, competitors, substitutes and how to best position our technology to address the needs of our customers. Develop in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses, features, underlying technology, etc. to establish technical differentiation and feature/benefit statements. Create promotional materials, sales collateral and programs that drive awareness, exposure and affinity to the ACIST CVi technology. Work closely with the sales team to understand the market landscape and develop compelling, value-based business cases to drive increased customer engagement and product sales. Develop and deliver sales and marketing presentations, training, and advanced level insight and analysis into our technologies to strengthen our sales teams' knowledge and ability to effectively partner with customers by understanding our customers' needs and highlighting the benefits and value of our products. The Product Manager is responsible for developing the customer and Marketing input and engagement with the R&D organization into next generation product development efforts. Bring deep subject matter industry and product insight into the product portfolio to ensure that ACIST is a leading player in the industry. Perform analyses of product preferences, potentials, market size and competitive strategies and products by geography in order to guide decision making on product road map strategy and priorities. Partner with R&D and the PMO to drive the product development process. Provide direction and definition of clear customer requirements to product development teams including product features and costs. Provide strong leadership to motivate and engage cross-functional teams. Play a key role in directing product life cycle management, EOL, next generation planning. Responsible for developing customer input, market data and development of the strategic direction of product road map. Develop collaborative relationships with key functional areas including Product Development, Regulatory and Clinical, Finance and other related functions. Support business development activities including analysis of fit, market and business potential and financial modeling. Fosters a culture and spirit of product innovation and creativity. Demonstrates a willingness to advocate novel solutions for customers from all sources and functions in the organization and external resources. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Minimum Bachelor's Degree 3+ years' medical device marketing experience 1+ years' commercial marketing background with commercial marketing + new prod ct marketing experience Experience in the development of marketing collateral and programs Experience interacting with, selling to and gaining input from global customers and partners. Demonstrated experience engaging in deep clinical and product performance discussions with leading physicians and renowned Key Opinion Leader experts. Demonstrates executive presence and ability to communicate at all levels. Strong business acumen Ability to combine big-thinking strategic perspective with a detail-oriented approach to problem solving. Demonstrated experiences beyond the marketing function, to include clinical, engineering, business development or other functional experience that adds to their ability to execute marketing initiatives that drive business success.
