Primary Function/Position Summary
As an Indeavor Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing/owning your product layer throughout the product lifecycle and ensuring our efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals. You will gather feedback, write requirements, prioritize requirements, and work closely with design and engineering to deliver winning products. You will also work alongside sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Requirements
The Product Manager is expected to:
Assist and collaborate in the research of customer or prospect needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
Assist and collaborate on our product strategy
Define the product plan for your products
Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Write detailed requirements and ensure user stories are completed, accepted, & prioritized in the backlog ready for each sprint planning
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and quality assurance throughout the planning, development, and release of the product
Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, and customer success on launching your products
Run beta/early adopter programs with early-stage products
Act as the product leader within the company (product evangelism)
Communicate with and provide transparent feedback to stakeholders

Requirements:
Previous product management experience

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally
