　　Our 10-week paid internship program has been developed to provide students with hands-on experience to learn more about the Healthcare industry and the impact to human and animal health. This internship program will provide you with professional development, networking and volunteer opportunities. You will learn about the Guiding Principles of our culture but most importantly, have the opportunity to become a key contributor in the future talent pipeline of Cencora.

　　Location: Remote or Hybrid

　　This internship will offer the candidate the opportunity to learn product management methodologies, frameworks, life cycles, and best practices. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful products in development and in market, build business acumen, and work closely with subject matter experts across a wide range of business functional areas. This internship sits in the product strategy team for the animal health business unit in the organization.

　　As an intern, your responsibilities will include assisting the product strategy team in:

　　Defining product strategy roadmapsArticulating product visionConducting market researchAssessing competition by comparing product offeringsGathering customer requirementsBuilding roadmaps with specific goals and milestonesCommunicating customer needs and feedback to various teams

　　You must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and be an effective communicator. You should be able to demonstrate good critical thinking skills and the ability to deconstruct a problem into a set of actionable tasks. You should be able to synthesize information into a cohesive deliverable at the right level of detail for the intended audience. You should be a team player while also being able to work independently. The internship will culminate with the presentation of a project that will be identified at the start date.

　　Currently enrolled in undergraduate school with an upcoming completion of a bachelor's degree.
