  What does a successful Product Management Director of Customer Service do at Fiserv?

  Fiserv is a world-class data and analytics organization delivering the next generation of powerful data insights and decisioning solutions to financial institutions, fintech, consumer/business credit bureaus, government agencies and merchants.

  As a successful Product Management Director of Customer Service, you will shape the next generation of modern, intuitive and integrated solutions across the end-to-end card life cycle to meet Issuer needs. Your vision and drive will enable Fiserv to deliver world-class card issuing customer service capabilities for Financial and Retail clients which are client-centric, maximize revenue and operational efficiency.

  What you will do:

  You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of our Agent Customer Service Solution Suite.

  Oversee the utilization of data and client feedback to inform requirements, evaluation of technology trends, and the translation of product vision into a product roadmap and detailed business requirements.

  Support broader go-to-market initiatives to execute against your roadmap focused on specific success metrics including financial targets, product adoption, and client satisfaction.

  Craft the product roadmap and detailed requirements leveraging market trends analysis, user experience best practices and ongoing client feedback.

  Partner with product and technology to develop Agent Customer Service Manager using agile development best practices. Identify and execute on opportunities to accelerate the product development velocity.

  What you will need to have:

  Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field required.

  10-15 years of experience of product Management or Product Development

  Experience partnering across functions (implementation, architecture, development, sales, marketing)

  Experience in creating high-quality business and technical requirements.

  Experience launching new products.

  What would be great to have:

  5-10 years of experience in the Payments Industry with a focus on Workflow Optimization or Customer Service.

  Experience using agile product development methodologies.

  Experience in with B2B and/or Consumer Software

  Salary Range:

  $129,400.00- $217,900.00

  These pay ranges apply to employees working in New Jersey. Pay ranges for employees working in other states may differ.

  This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
