Experience
Experience in obsolescence management, Component Engineering, Engineering Change management, Inventory Management, planning, change control and/or manufacturing.
Hands on experience on semiconductor equipment
familiar with the parts used on semiconductor equipment, understand the basic functions of the parts.
Strong engineering mindset, be able to interpret the data collected by engineering team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to manage a cross-functional team and communicate with various stakeholders across the company;
Able to solve complicate problems in a short time;
Able to define the strategy and align that within the organization.
Will function as a TPM, to manage the qualification project.
Requirements
Excellent knowledge and experience in life cycle analysis, Product Change Notification, Component Obsolescence management, supply chain management
Problem Solving & Decision Making - Proactively identify problems & drive solutions, make decisions which are based on the values and principles of the organization
Experience in project management/program management
Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure
Skills to Influence and drive decisions across cross functional groups
Root Cause Analysis and corrective Actions, FMEA
Experience in working with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word
Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•Knowledge of component engineering tools such as Silicon Experts, IHS 4D Caps Online, IHS 4D CAPS etc
• Knowledge of SAP or any ERP or PLM tools
• Strong background in electrical components

U.S. Salary Range:
$120,000.00 - $165,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
