Responsibilities:1. Salon Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the grooming salon, ensuring smooth andefficient workflows.
Coordinate grooming appointments, manage scheduling, and optimize groomingcapacity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Monitor and manage salon inventory, including grooming supplies
Team Leadership and Development:Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of groomers and support staff.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to salonteam members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamworkand professional growth.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance grooming skills and stay up todate with industry trends.
Customer Service and Relationship Building:Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries,concerns, and requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring theirsatisfaction and loyalty.
Proactively resolve any customer issues or complaints related to groomingservices.
Utilize customer feedback to improve salon operations and enhance the overallcustomer experience.
Quality Assurance and Safety Standards:Ensure grooming services adhere to company's quality and safety standards.
