　　The mission of Global Ads Core is to connect global advertisers and users, advertisers of any industry and experience level are able to get suitable marketing solutions, then easily create, manage and optimize ads. We build fast-moving, innovative solutions to optimize user experience and achieve advertiser trust and satisfaction.

　　Job responsibilities:

　　1. Build and optimize ad formats and landing page user experiences that users love and advertisers want to buy

　　2. Help develop a holistic ad strategy for the future of the TikTok Ads Business, especially on user journey side

　　3. Manage the entire lifecycle of the product, cooperate with the global cross-functional team, ensure the orderly progress of product design, development, GTM, requirements collection and other links, thereby improving system efficiency and Customer Experience.

　　Qualifications

　　1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronic engineering, mathematics or statistics, or relevant experience in the Auction Ads industry. Experience in Machine Learning/Recommender systems is preferred.

　　2. At least 5 years of product experience, able to demonstrate leadership in managing products (or product portfolios) throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to release to continuous evaluation and optimization.

　　3. Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, able to extract key insights and insights from data.

　　4. Possess professional analytical skills and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills in Cross-functional and global roles.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $250120 - $510720 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
