Description:

　　Manage R&D projects through production

　　Develop manufacturing processes for new products

　　Develop molding capabilities

　　Create part and mold files documentation

　　Research feasibility of new materials

　　Test components and products for properties and performance, both comparatively and to international standards

　　Develop and maintain cost models based on production processes

　　Source new raw materials and equipment

　　Develop first article documentation

　　Skills:

　　product development, Solidworks, Design, Process development, Manufacturing engineering, defense, military, foam, DFMA, molding

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years minimum in product development and/or manufacturing

　　Experience in molding techniques

　　Experience in product testing, certification and compliance

　　SolidWorks Experience

　　Department of Defense experience preferred
