　　The Application Engineering Technician is responsible for assessing customer data for scheduling, and technology focused . This role will oversee taking customer data and producing usable build files, while also supporting machine operations. Throughout process you will be asked to collaborate with our project engineering team, quality team, and finishing team to support any process variation. Good manufacturing practices and document control is a major focus.

　　What you will be doing:

　　• Manage print request by planning, scheduling, and execution

　　• Provide requirements, schedule, and regular updates for internal and external customers

　　• Work with the AEs to produce quality benchmarks and samples for internal and external customers

　　• Responsible for the operations and maintenance of 3D systems

　　• Proactively work to understand new and upgraded technology in 3D printing, including printers, wash stations, etc.

　　Must have for this role:

　　2- year technical degree OR work equivalent supporting manufacturing technology.Nice to have:

　　Cad software experience

　　3d Printing experience

　　Travel required: None
